We contacted the support to get help, and we got an answer in 5 hours.

Now, if we compare to other providers, it's quite slow. Also, they partially answered us, meaning we had two questions, and they replied to one. That's not ideal, but still, not a red flag per se.

We've tried Yesim in 2024, and our experience was positive.
