Saily's website is well-designed and easy to navigate. We can find everything we need in just a few clicks.

Saily offers a great user experience and keeps creating new products (phone number, subscriptions, etc).

You can use the search bar to find your destination and quickly compare eSIM cards.

They also have a convenient app. However, as we prefer the desktop version, we purchased our plan on the website.

Buying An ESIM On Saily

When we find a plan we like, we can purchase it quickly without going through many clicks/pages.

You'll have a few options for payment:

Once the transaction is completed, you can install and activate your plan right away. You'll get clear steps and guidelines to help you install your eSIM via the application.

If you wish to see how much data you have left, simply go back to Saily's app, and you'll be able to see your plan under the eSIMs tab.

We connected to the Internet within a minute. The experience was great and the Internet connection was fast.

Customer Service And Support

We contacted the support via the app to get help and a bot answered us right away. The bot was so detailed that we didn't need to ask to speak to a human.

While we chatted with a bot, we managed to find a solution very quickly using the steps suggested by the bot.

Saily Honest Opinion

We've tried Saily in 2024, 2025, and more recently in 2026. While we had add some issues in previous years, this time our experience was fantastic.
