I used Airalo in Singapore for a weekend trip. It was via the global plan and it worked fine! It connected to 5G right away.

I used the eSIM for Singapore from Airalo, which works with the Starhub network. I connected right after landing within a few minutes (after restarting my phone). The internet worked in most places; however, sometimes websites or Google Maps loaded slowly - not sure if it was because of the network strength or lack of reception in certain areas of the city (inside buildings, etc.). Ordering transportation via Grab worked without any issues.
