Marcoused in Germany

My experience with Holafly was disappointing. The support is very slow and gave false information (as of 11/2024). I was wrongly charged for several eSIMs when I purchased them. After contacting them, I was told I could use them at any time. However, when I wanted to activate the eSIMs at the beginning of July 2025, they had already expired. The refund process has been running for over 10 working days without a solution. This is an absolute no-go for me. Overall, I cannot recommend Holafly due to poor communication, misinformation and lengthy refunds.
