Very bad!!! Immediately after purchase and installation was offered a not usable internet connection. Communication with customer service is an unmitigated disaster. First you are helped by Emma (bot) who continuously asks the same questions. If transferred to a lodge employee it takes hours/days. Very unfortunate!!!
